STARTING OR REBUILDING

Do not build the whole machine before someone buys.

Start smaller. One buyer you can reach. One problem they already want fixed. One offer they understand. One path to the first sale.

BEFORE YOU BUILD

A real business starts with a buyer, not a pile of tools.

Talk to the customer. Use their words. Sell a simple promise. Keep notes on what repeats. That is enough to start.

A buyer you can actually reach

If you cannot name where they are and how to talk to them, the idea is still fog.

A problem they already feel

Do not make them care from scratch. Find the thing they already want off their plate.

One sale before the machine

Sell the smallest honest promise. Then write down what made the yes happen.

Ask these before you build more.

  1. Who can I reach this week?
  2. What problem do they already want off their plate?
  3. What can I sell this week?
  4. Where will the first ten buyers come from?
  5. What needs to repeat before you add more?
