What we collect, and what we do not.

The short version

You can read this site without telling us who you are. The site has no contact form. There are only two places where your details can leave your own machine: the diagnostic capture step, if you choose to use it, and the booking calendar on the work-with-us page.

The site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can turn them off at any time from Privacy choices in the footer, and the site still works.

The diagnostic

The Business Reality Diagnostic shows you the full result before it asks for your name, email, or phone number.

If you choose to send, save, text, or discuss the result, we may ask for your first name, email address, and a mobile number where that choice needs one. We also receive your diagnostic answers, the result, and the way you asked us to follow up.

Email consent and text-message consent are separate. Completing the diagnostic does not sign you up for either one.

The diagnostic can hold your answers in your browser during the session so the page can keep working if you move around. That is not a permanent saved-result account.

Voice input

Some open answers can be spoken instead of typed. If you use that feature, your browser turns speech into text. CMBN receives the text, not an audio file. How the browser handles speech is controlled by the browser or device maker, not by CMBN.

The optional AI advisor

The diagnostic does not need AI to work. The structured result is built from your answers. The AI advisor is optional and runs only when you ask it a question.

When you use the advisor, we send Anthropic the question you asked and a limited view of the diagnostic result in front of it. No AI request happens just because a page loaded.

Anthropic says standard commercial API inputs and outputs are deleted from its backend within 30 days, and that retained data is not used for model training without express permission. Anthropic may keep some data longer when required by law or when its safety systems flag a request.

The booking calendar

The calendar on the work-with-us page is a third-party booking tool. It loads in your browser because the calendar is the thing you came to that page to use. It may set its own cookies whether or not you book a call.

Analytics and advertising tags

We load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel when you visit. Google Analytics helps us see how people use the site. The Meta Pixel shares activity with Meta for advertising.

To stop them, open Privacy choices in the footer and choose Turn off. The page reloads so the tags are removed, and they stay off on later visits from the same browser. You can turn them back on the same way.

That control covers Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. It does not cover the booking calendar.

Other services used to run the site

We use service providers to run the site and follow up when someone asks us to. Those providers may include a hosting provider, a customer relationship management platform, an email delivery service, an SMS platform, and a content management system for articles.

Article content may be served from a third-party content management system. That is for published articles only, not diagnostic lead data.

Technical and security data

Like most sites, our systems may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page requests, and similar network details. We use that to operate the site, prevent abuse, and protect the AI features from overuse or attacks.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you give us for as long as we are working with you or until you ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us and we will do so within 30 days.

Two exceptions. If you agreed to receive text messages, we keep a record of that agreement for five years, because we are required to be able to show it. And if you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your address on a do-not-contact list permanently, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@createmorebusinessnow.com.

You can stop marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can stop text messages by replying with the opt-out word provided in the message. You can turn Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on or off from the Privacy choices control in the footer.
